According the by-laws of the association in principle information is only provided to association members. Members can obtain a list of ancestors in straight line or other available information on ones own family. If a publication is being prepared also other available information can be provided. Non-members can obtain, upon their request, their own list of ancestors in straight line. Under certain conditions also copies of personal record cards or automated personal record lists can be purchased as well as a list of names of persons who are or were married with a Groeneveld. Previous magazines can be ordered, as long as they are available, from the editor. The postage has to be added.
